Yamaha Recalls Model Year 2021-2022 Fleet Golf Cars

This recall involves model year 2021-2022 Yamaha Drive2 Electric Fleet Golf Cars. The golf cars were sold in mica (gold), arctic drift (blue), moonstone (gray), carbon (dark gray), bluestone, garnet (red), emerald (green), sunstone (yellow) and glacier (white). The serial number is located underneath the seat, on the frame of the unit. Yamaha will provide assistance if you can't locate the serial number. MODEL YEAR MODEL NAME 2021 JOJ Drive2 AC-L 2022 JOJ Drive2 AC-L 2022 J5B Drive2 AC-L Li Hazard: The recalled golf cars' passenger-side brake cable could have been misrouted during assembly. If the cable was misrouted, abnormal wear can occur which can cause the passenger-side cable to break during use, posing a risk of serious injury or death from a crash hazard. Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled fleet golf cars immediately and contact an authorized Yamaha Golf Car dealer to schedule a free inspection of the passenger-side brake cable routing. If the cable was misrouted, the dealer will replace the cable with a new, properly routed cable. For consumers who cannot take the recalled golf car to an authorized dealer, a Yamaha dealer will provide transportation of the golf car or will inspect and, if necessary, install a new, properly routed cable at the location of the golf car.

This recall involves Hasuit 7-Drawer Dressers. The recalled dressers have seven drawers, are made of wood and come in black. They are 27.6 inches wide, 44.5 inches tall, 15.8 inches long and weigh 102 pounds. SKU: AJ-DJ502571_1" is printed on the products packaging (box). Hazard: The recalled dressers are unstable if they are not anchored to the wall, posing tip-over and entrapment hazards that can result in risks of serious injuries or death to children. The dressers violate the mandatory safety standards as required by the STURDY Act. Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled dressers immediately if they are not anchored to the wall and place them in an area that children cannot access. Consumers will be asked to pull out all seven drawers for destruction and write on the cabinet in permanent marker the word "RECALLED," take a photo of the cabinet and drawers and then email the photo to hasuitrecall@outlook.com. Consumers should then dispose of the recalled product.

Joyin Recalls Sloosh Dive Sticks

This recall involves Sloosh dive sticks, contained in packages of Sloosh water toys, model 40041. The model number 40041 is printed on the back of the box of Sloosh water toys, next to the bar code and printed on top of one end of the dive stick, along with Joyin's name and tracking information. The Sloosh water toys package contains 30 pieces, including five dive sticks. The recalled dive sticks are made of hard plastic and are cylinder-shaped. Each stick measures approximately 7-inches in length and about 1-inch or less in diameter. They come in various colors and are packaged in a box with other pool diving toys in the Sloosh water toys package. Only the dive sticks with model 40041 contained in the Sloosh water toys sold prior to October 23, 2025, are being recalled. Consumers can continue to use the other items contained in the Sloosh water toys package. Hazard: The recalled dive sticks violate the federal dive sticks ban because they exceeded the compress limit, posing an impalement hazard. In shallow water, children may fall or land on a dive stick, resulting in serious piercing injuries. Facial and eye injuries are also possible when children attempt to retrieve the sticks underwater. Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled dive sticks immediately, take them away from children and dispose of them. Consumers will be asked to take a photo of the disposed dive sticks in the trash and email it to Joyin at support@joyin.com. Once received, Joyin will send the consumer redesigned dive sticks that meet federal regulations.

Sizes include 2T, 3T, 4T, XS, SM, M and L. The size and "Black Sheep Fam Kids" are printed the neck label of the pajamas. The Girls' Sleepshirts have "Made in China" and "96% polyester 4% spandex" printed on the sewn-in side seam label. The Kids' Jogger Pajama sets have "RN# 169608" "Made in Guatemala" and "95% cotton 5% spandex" printed on the sewn-in side seam label. Hazard: The recalled children's pajamas violate the mandatory flammability safety standard for children's sleepwear, posing a risk of serious burn injuries or death to children. Remedy: Consumers should stop using the coolers immediately and contact California Innovations for a free replacement latch, including shipping. Consumers will also receive replacement instructions and a tool to remove the existing latch and replace it with the new latch.
