This recall involves four LG Electronics 86-inch smart TV models with model numbers 86UQ8000AUB, 86UQ7070ZUD, 86UQ7590PUD, and 86NANO75UQA. The TVs (not including the stands) are 86 inches diagonally, 43.5 inches high, 76 inches wide, and 2.4 inches deep. They weigh approximately 100 pounds. The serial number of the recalled product begins with 202RM, 203RM, 204RM, 205RM, 206RM, 207RM, or 208RM and is located at the bottom right of the back of the TV, along with the model number. Consumers can also check the serial number by pressing the mute button, three times rapidly, on the original LG remote control provided with their TV. Hazard: The TV can become unstable while on the assembled stand, posing serious tip-over and entrapment hazards that can result in injuries or death to children and others. Remedy: Consumers using the TV's supporting stand legs should immediately detach it and place the television in a safe location away from children. Contact LG Electronics for instructions on how to inspect the unit and to obtain replacement screws and stand parts, including help from a technician for a free repair. Consumers who wall-mounted their TVs do not need to stop using their TVs.

Audio Partnership Recalls Cambridge Audio Yoyo (M) Portable Bluetooth Speakers

This recall involves the Cambridge Audio Yoyo (M) Bluetooth Speaker sold in light gray, dark gray and blue colors. The recalled speakers can be identified by the unit's product name – "Yoyo (M)" – and the following FD numbers which are visible on the underside of the Bluetooth speakers (sold in pairs). Hazard: The lithium-ion batteries in the Cambridge Audio Yoyo (M) Portable Bluetooth Speaker can overheat, posing a fire hazard. Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled speakers immediately, disconnect them from the power supply, stop charging them, store them away from combustible materials and contact Audio Partnership for a full cash refund of $218 or Cambridge Audio online store voucher of $350. Once Audio Partnership has processed the request, consumers should then dispose of the product in accordance with any local and state ordinances. Note: Do not throw this recalled lithium-ion battery or device in the trash, the general recycling stream (e.g., street-level or curbside recycling bins), or used battery recycling boxes found at various retail and home improvement stores. Recalled lithium-ion batteries must be disposed of differently than other batteries, because they present a greater risk of fire. Your municipal household hazardous waste (HHW) collection center may accept this recalled lithium-ion battery or device for disposal. Before taking your battery or device to a HHW collection center, contact that office ahead of time and ask whether it accepts recalled lithium-ion batteries. If it does not, contact your municipality for further guidance.

This recall involves the Skip Hop Baby Sesame Street Elmo Silicone Teether. OKK Trading Recalls Rainbow Mystery Squishy Bun Toys

This recall involves Rainbow Mystery Squishy Bun Toys, Model D08004. The squishy bun toys are a translucent pink color, containing glitter and water beads. The toys have a cartoon face and are packaged in a tan plastic container shaped like a bamboo steamer. “Rainbow MYSTERY” and “SUGAR EDITION” are printed on the front of the removable package labeling. There are no markings on the product, other than the cartoon face. Hazard: The squishy bun toys violate the mandatory safety standard for toys because the water beads inside the dumplings expand larger than permitted, posing a deadly ingestion hazard. If a water bead is ingested, it can pose ingestion, choking, and intestinal obstruction hazards inside a child’s body, resulting in severe discomfort, vomiting, dehydration and a risk of death to a child. Remedy: Consumers should stop using the squishy dumpling toys immediately and contact OKK Trading for a full refund. Consumers will be asked to write “RECALLED” in permanent marker on the squeezy dumpling and its tan plastic container, throw the toy away, and email a photo of the disposed toy to recall@okktoys.com.

Clorox Puerto Rico Recalls 6 Million Scented Mistolin and Lestoil Multi-Purpose Cleaners

This recall only includes Mistolin and Lestoil products sold in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The recall involves scented Mistolin Dilutable Cleaners in Alegra tu Día, Espíritu Play, Flores de Primavera, Fresco Despertar, Frescura de Lavanda, Frescura Tropical, Manzana y Canela, Pino y Especias and Sólo para Ti scents and scented Lestoil Heavy Duty Multi-Purpose Cleaners in Energía del Yunque, Fuerza de Lavanda Tropical, Intenso Limon Boricua and Olas de Rincón scents, with date codes beginning with the prefix “PR01” and followed by a five-digit number between 25091 and 26168, which represents products produced between April 1, 2025 to June 17, 2026. Only products with scents are included in this recall. The products were sold in bottles of 28, 40, 64 and 128 fluid ounces. Hazard: The recalled products may contain bacteria, including Pseudomonas aeruginosa, which is an environmental organism found widely in soil and water. People with weakened immune systems or external medical devices who are exposed to Pseudomonas aeruginosa face a risk of serious infection that may require medical treatment. The bacteria can enter the body if inhaled, through the eyes, or through a break in the skin. People with healthy immune systems are usually not affected by the bacteria. Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled cleaners immediately. Consumers will be asked to register at https://mistolinrecall.expertinquiry.com/ and submit a picture of the 12-digit UPC code printed on the label and a picture of the date code printed on the side of the bottle and dispose of the product in its container with household trash. Consumers registering bottles in the affected scents with date codes printed on the bottle beginning with PR01 and followed by a five-digit number between 25091 and 26168 will receive a full refund of the purchase price, with receipt or of the manufacturer’s suggested retail price, without receipt.
