This recall involves certain BISSELL Steam Shot OmniReach and Omni handheld steam cleaners with attachments. The affected model numbers are 4155, 4155L, 4155W, 4155G, 4155D, 4155J, 4155Y, 4155P, 4171, 4171L, 4171W, and 4171F. The model numbers are located on the product rating label on the bottom of the unit. The recalled units were sold in green, gray, white, blue, and dark blue. Depending on the model, the products include an accessory nozzle, grout brush, round detail brushes, flat scraping tool, and angle concentrator tool, and may also include an extension hose, fabric steamer and steam squeegee. The attachments and the hose are gray in color. Hazard: The recalled steam cleaners' attachments can unexpectedly detach from the steam cleaners and expel hot water or steam onto users during use, posing a serious burn hazard. Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled steam cleaner attachments immediately and contact BISSELL to receive free new attachments. Consumers should visit www.steamshot2026.com to register for the recall and for instructions on how to participate in the recall, including how to upload a photo showing the original attachment accessories have been disposed of in the trash.

This recall involves Luminaires with certain adjustable tilt mounting arms manufactured between August 2019 to July 2020 and August 2024 to April 2026: AASP, AARP, AAWB, and AAWSC. The adjustable tilt arm mounts the RSX luminaire to a square pole, round pole, wall bracket or wall bracket with surface mount conduit. The arm mount allows the luminaire to be tilted from 0 degrees to 90 degrees above horizontal. Consumers should contact Lithonia Lighting to confirm their Luminaire with adjustable tilt mounting arms are included in the recall. Hazard: The knuckle of the recalled adjustable tilt arm mountings can fail, allowing the luminaire to fall from the mounting arm, posing a risk of serious injury due to impact hazard. Remedy: Consumers should keep clear of the area directly beneath the Luminaire and contact Lithonia Lighting to schedule a free repair. Lithonia Lighting will arrange for a qualified professional to replace the recalled adjustable tilt arm mount with a new complete adjustable arm assembly.
